We want digital purchases to work as described. This policy explains how SUBLIM8 handles digital-product and subscription refund requests while preserving rights that apply under Australian consumer law.
01 Digital Products
SUBLIM8 sells digital products that may be available for immediate access or download. Because a digital file cannot practically be returned once supplied, we generally do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the file has been accessed or downloaded.
This does not limit any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law or another law that cannot be excluded.
02 When a Remedy May Be Available
Please contact us if a purchased file is corrupted, cannot be accessed because of a problem on our side, is materially different from its product description, or otherwise fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting, replacement of the file, re-supply, account credit or a refund.
03 Change of Mind & Compatibility
A refund will not normally be provided simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the design, purchased the wrong item, or your particular software or equipment does not support a clearly disclosed file type.
Please check the product description, file format and compatibility information before purchasing.
04 Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, contact us with the relevant order information. We may refund or credit a genuine duplicate purchase after checking the transaction history.
05 Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewal in accordance with the cancellation options available through your account.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already begun. However, nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right that applies under Australian law.
If you upgrade a plan, any applicable credit or prorated amount should be shown before you confirm the change.
06 Technical Problems
Before requesting a refund for a technical problem, please contact support so we can try to restore access or provide a working replacement. Include your order details and a description of the issue.
We may ask for reasonable information such as an error message or screenshot to help identify the problem, but we will not require unnecessary personal information.
07 Approved Refunds
Approved refunds will normally be returned using the original payment method where possible. Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
If a refund is issued for a digital product, your licence to use that refunded product ends unless we tell you otherwise or applicable law provides otherwise.
08 Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09 How to Request Help
Contact support@sublim8.com with your order information and a short explanation of the problem. We will review the request based on the product, transaction, circumstances and applicable consumer law.
This is a practical website draft and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified Australian lawyer. It should be reviewed before SUBLIM8 launches publicly or begins processing real customer payments.
