This policy provides a practical process for reporting content that you believe infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights.
01 Respect for Intellectual Property
SUBLIM8 respects copyright and other intellectual property rights. Users must only upload, publish or sell content they own or have permission to use.
If you believe content available through SUBLIM8 infringes your copyright, please contact us so the claim can be reviewed.
02 Copyright Infringement Notice
Your notice should identify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, identify the SUBLIM8 content or location you want reviewed, provide enough information for us to locate it, and include your contact details.
Please also explain the basis for your claim and state that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act for the owner.
03 Helpful Information
Useful supporting information may include the URL of the relevant SUBLIM8 product or page, screenshots, publication dates, registration details where applicable, and a link or copy showing the original work.
Do not send more personal information than is reasonably necessary for us to assess and respond to the claim.
04 How We Handle Reports
We may temporarily restrict access to disputed content while reviewing a credible infringement report.
We may contact the person who supplied the disputed content and may request further information from either party. We may remove or disable content where we reasonably conclude that removal is appropriate or legally required.
05 Responses & Mistaken Claims
If your content is removed or restricted because of a copyright report and you believe the report is mistaken, contact us with an explanation and any evidence supporting your right to use the content.
We may restore content where appropriate after reviewing the available information and applicable legal requirements.
06 Repeat Infringement
Accounts that repeatedly or seriously infringe intellectual property rights may have content removed, selling privileges restricted, or access suspended or terminated in accordance with the SUBLIM8 Terms & Conditions.
07 False or Misleading Reports
Copyright complaints should be made in good faith. Knowingly making a false or misleading claim can have legal consequences.
SUBLIM8 does not decide ownership disputes that require a court or other legal authority to resolve.
08 DMCA and Other Jurisdictions
SUBLIM8 is based in Australia. We may also respond to valid notices made under applicable overseas copyright procedures, including the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), where those procedures are relevant to the service, hosting provider or content concerned.
This page is not intended to state that every report must follow United States DMCA procedure.
09 Send a Copyright Report
Send copyright and infringement enquiries to support@sublim8.com with the subject line “Copyright Notice”. Include the information described above so the report can be assessed efficiently.
This is a practical website draft and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified Australian lawyer. It should be reviewed before SUBLIM8 launches publicly or begins processing real customer payments.
