Getting Started
The quickest way to find your way around SUBLIM8.
Upload or choose your design
Follow the instructions shown in the tool you are using. Each tool keeps the controls close to the preview so you can see what is happening.
Create, preview or download
When your result is ready, use the download button on that page to save the finished file to your computer.

Browse digital designs, open a product to see its details and purchase the files you want to use.
Mockup Studio
Place your artwork onto supported products and create a realistic preview before you make or list the finished item.
Design Studio
Create images, remove backgrounds, upscale artwork and convert suitable files to SVG from the Design Studio tools.
NOVA Help
Use NOVA for guidance while you work with SUBLIM8. Tool availability and capabilities may vary as the platform develops.

Digital products
SUBLIM8 shop products are digital unless the product page specifically says otherwise. No physical item is shipped for a digital download.
Where do I find my purchased downloads?
After your purchase is complete, your download will be available immediately on the order confirmation page. We’ll also email you an order confirmation with a secure link to download your files. If you purchased while signed in, you can also access your purchased designs from your account. You do not need an account to purchase designs from SUBLIM8.
My download will not open. What should I check?
Check the file type shown on the product page and make sure the program or device you are using supports that format. ZIP files need to be extracted before the files inside can be used.
The file looks different after printing. Why?
Colours can vary between screens, printers, inks and substrates. Check your printer, colour-management and sublimation settings before assuming the source file is damaged.
What if the downloaded file is corrupted or inaccessible?
Please use the Contact Us form and include the product or order details. We can investigate the file and help with an appropriate remedy where required.

Where will I manage my subscription?
Subscription and billing controls will live in your account area. As payment features are connected, this section will link directly to the relevant controls.
What happens when I upgrade?
Plan changes will show the price and applicable credit before confirmation so you can see what you are being charged.
Do I lose downloaded products if I cancel?
Your rights to products already lawfully downloaded remain subject to the licence that applied when you obtained them. Subscription access to new benefits ends according to the subscription terms.

Are SUBLIM8 shop products physical items?
Unless a product page specifically states otherwise, products sold in the SUBLIM8 design shop are digital downloads.
Can I use purchased designs commercially?
Yes. Commercial use is included with SUBLIM8 designs unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing. You can use your purchased designs to create and sell finished physical products. You may not resell, share or redistribute the original digital design files. See the Commercial Licence for full terms.
Can I share or resell the original digital file?
No. A licence may allow you to create permitted end products, but it does not give you permission to redistribute, share or resell the original digital source file.
Do I need an account?
You do not need an account to browse the Shop or purchase SUBLIM8 designs. An account is required to use Mockup Studio and Design Studio, and is also used for saved designs, order information, downloads, subscriptions and account preferences.
What should I do if a tool is not working?
Try the tool again and check that your uploaded file is a supported format. If the problem continues, send us a query and attach a screenshot so we can see what happened.
How do I contact support?
Use the Contact Us form and SUBLIM8 will give your query a reference number so it can be tracked.
